Candidate can be added to your Dash account in a couple of ways:
- Manually in the recruiter view
- Candidates using the posting link
Manually Adding Candidates
- Navigate to the Candidates page on the left navigation
- Click +Add Candidate on the top right corner of the page
- A form will slide out for you to provide some basic information about the candidate
Job Posting Links
- Job posting links can be shared directly with candidates or posted to your job boards of choice
- The link will land candidates on the screening application. Depending on your job workflow setup, they will see a partial application that captures just information you need to get started with phase 1 screening, or they could see the full application.
- Once the candidate saves the application you will see him/her appear in your Candidates page
