Create Candidates in Dash

Candidate can be added to your Dash account in a couple of ways:

  • Manually in the recruiter view
  • Candidates using the posting link

Manually Adding Candidates

  1. Navigate to the Candidates page on the left navigation
  2. Click +Add Candidate on the top right corner of the page
  3. A form will slide out for you to provide some basic information about the candidate

Job Posting Links

  1. Job posting links can be shared directly with candidates or posted to your job boards of choice
  2. The link will land candidates on the screening application. Depending on your job workflow setup, they will see a partial application that captures just information you need to get started with phase 1 screening, or they could see the full application.
  3. Once the candidate saves the application you will see him/her appear in your Candidates page
