Dash Only!
These instructions only apply to Foley's Dash platform.
You may find a need to upload documents specific to your company and not necessarily part of driver qualification. To do so, begin by creating a custom document type in your Account Settings.
Add Custom Doc Types to Settings
- Click on the cog icon to open your Settings
- Open the Documents section and navigate to the Custom Documents tab
- Click +Add Document
- Give your document a name. This is the name that will appear in the upload list on your candidates and employees
- Add a Description and tell us whether Expiration Date and Issue Date should be required when documents are uploaded
- If you want to receive alerts when these documents are about to expire, we recommend requiring an expiration date
- If you have a blank template you'd like to make available on the candidate and employee document upload, upload the blank version here
- Click Add Custom Document
Upload a Custom Document to an Employee or Candidate
- Find the employee or candidate for whom you wish to upload a document
- Navigate to the Documents tab
- Click +Upload
- Your custom documents will appear at the bottom of the list. Select the correct document type
- Drag and Drop or browse to upload a file
- Add any required meta data
- Click Upload Document
