Employee Roster
Use filter options to limit the list and find an employee.
- The letter navigation across the bottom of the list will limit the names to just those where the first or last name begins with the chosen letter
- Across the top, you can use traditional filters to limit the list based on Status or Compliance Status and also reformat the names between First + Last to Last,First
- Use the search at the top of the list to limit the names based on your search string
- The Include Sub-Accounts option will add employees to the list from the sub-accounts below your currently selected account
Employee Overview
Clicking an Employee on the Employee Roster page will take you to the Employee Overview.
Edit Employee Details
Click Edit on any of the vertical tabs to edit
- Dates
- Contact Info
- Identifiers
- Current License
- Medical Certificate
The tab will display in red if data is missing or about to expire.
Edit Program Enrollments
Enrolled programs and programs available to enroll appear at the bottom of the Overview page.
Expand and toggle off an enrolled program to unenroll the employee from a program
Click the Enroll button to enroll in a program.
