As a benefit of signing up for Foley's Clearinghouse program, Foley can run queries, report return-to-duty results and drug tests to the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse on your behalf.
Once you've signed up for the program with us, follow these steps to designate Foley as your third-party administrator (which is required for us to be able to handle the above benefits).
| 1. | Log in to the FMCSA Clearinghouse |
| 2. | Under My Dashboard - Manage, select C/TPA's |
| 3. | Search for Foley Carrier Services - OFFICIAL (140 Huyshope Ave, Hartford, CT 06106) and click Designate next to the correct row. Below is the current information that should be matched to ensure the correct listing for Foley is being selected (check the address and phone number). You can select all listings that match this information exactly.

| 4. | Be sure to check the boxes under Report Violations, Report RTD Information, and Conduct Queries where appropriate |
| 5. | Click Save |
| 6. | Once Foley accepts, you may remove the designation requests for any selected options not already approved. |
