Add a New Employee

If you’ve just hired a new employee, you may choose to add them manually rather than using Foley’s onboarding tools. Follow these steps to add an employee to the Foley portal. You’ll still have an opportunity to have the employee complete the necessary disclosures and upload a driver’s license and other necessary documentation.

  1. Click the Employees link on the top navigation
  2. Click the green + icon to add an employee
  3. On the left, select the programs or services you’d like this employee to be enrolled in
  4. Let us know whether you already have FCRA disclosure. If not, and you have a Driver File program with Foley, you can capture that signature with the initial screening package.
  5. On the right side, complete at least the required fields. Any of the optional fields you leave out can be completed by the employee
  6. Click Add New Person
