Upload a Medical Certificate

In case you missed it during the onboarding process or need to provide a new medical certificate, there are a few ways to upload one for a current employee.

Via the alert prompt:

For employees who would be expected to have a med cert for compliance reasons, but do not have one on file, you’ll see an alert on the Dashboard.

  1. Click the Medical Certificate – No Certification on File alert
  2. Fill out the Expiration and Issue Dates and upload an image
  3. Click Complete File

You may also have the employee provide this information if you have Employee Self-Service enabled.

  1. On the Medical Certificate – No Certification on File alert, click the email icon
  2. You’ll have an opportunity here to change the email address if necessary. Check that the address is accurate and click Send Email
  3. The employee will receive an email with a link that will allow him or her to add the med cert details

Via Driver Files

  1. Use the top navigation to find and click on Manage Programs – Driver Files
  2. You’ll see a list of employees on the left. You may also search using the search box to narrow the list
  3. Select an employee from the list
  4. On the right side, click Edit Files
  5. You’ll find a section here to Upload a New File. Select the Document “DQF: Medical Examiner’s Certificate”
  6. Add the Expiration Date and upload an image of the med cert
  7. Click Save New Employee File
