Deactivate/Reactivate an Employee

If an employee no longer works for you, or perhaps, they no longer need to be include in your Foley services, you can inactivate them in the portal.

  1. Click the Employees link on the top navigation
  2. Use the search or scroll to find the employee you wish to deactivate
  3. Use the dropdown to change the status from Active to Inactive. There's no need to save; your choice will automatically take effect.

Have a previous employee returning? It's equally as simple to make an inactive employee active again!

  1. Click the Employees link on the top navigation
  2. Select the Inactive tab on the left side of the page
  3. Search or scroll to find the employee
  4. Use the dropdown to change the status from Inactive to Active. There's no need to save; your choice will automatically take effect.

Don't forget to doublecheck that the enrolled programs are still applicable for your newly reactivated employee.
