The global search feature allows you to quickly lookup an employee in your portal, active or inactive, without going into any specific module. This is great if you have a multi-tiered account.
On the main dashboard, click the search icon in the grey header area.
Fill in as many fields as you'd like on the search modal.
If you've chosen to include inactive employees in your search, they will appear in your search results with a grey icon . Select a row to see navigation options.
Click the arrow next to Employee Details to see that employee's expanded profile where you can edit profile details, review the driver file, testing history, and review/action any alerts and notifications.
You'll see a list of programs that employee is enrolled in. Select the arrow next to a program to navigate to the program page for that employee.
