The Foley portal provides easy-to-download and print wallet cards your enrolled drivers can carry to show proof of enrollment in a DOT-compliant drug testing program. These cards also have reminders for drivers on when drug and alcohol tests are required.
Via Account Settings
- In the Foley portal, navigate to Account Settings
- Locate the Account Documents section at the bottom of the page
- Click Driver Cards for all Employees
This will download a PDF with a page for each of your employees actively enrolled in your DOT Drug and Alcohol program with Foley.
Via Drug & Alcohol (for single driver cards)
- Navigate to Manage Programs - Drug & Alcohol
- On the left panel, search or scroll to find an enrolled driver
- Hover over the driver's name and click the card

You can share this PDF with your drivers to store on their phones or print and store in their vehicles.
